Emergency Food And Shelter Program

The best type of food to store in an emergency kit is freeze-dried food. Freeze-drying food ensures that all the nutrients are preserved to their maximum levels. The best thing about freeze-dried food is its long shelf life. This can be very helpful in case of emergencies since it can be stored for years.
